Ford and Shelby resurrected the vaunted GT350 nameplate on a more track-capable evolution of the S550 Mustang for 2016. Positioned near the top of the range, the GT350 gained a naturally-aspirated V8 engine with a flat-plane crankshaft, a MagneRide suspension system, and a model-specific body kit, among several other upgrades. Production of the GT350 ended after 2020.
